AFCC (before it was Asia Auditing and Financial Consulting Corp.) was established in 2002 by excellent CPAs and CFOs, who used to have the role in the management au audit firm and economic group leading Vietnam. Starting from 2002, AFCC has focused on providing services in auditing, accounting, tax consulting and financial advisory. After a time activity form of joint stock Company, the company afficially converted into a multi- member limited liability company on 28 sep 2007.

In order to expand and market, on 10 March 2008 07 companies were officially merged AFCC Audit Company, a company active in the field of auditing and accounting services, head office is located at Da Nang city - a major economic center of central and country. After the merger activity, AFCC became branch offices of AFCC in Danang. Besides, the development orientation of the branch office network, on 15/01/2009 the Company has established offices in Hanoi AFCC.
